My Vampire System

I created a variety of effects using pre-created acquired assets layering multiple layers of them in Nuke to create the desired effect. Tracking, roto-work, and color manipulation was also necessary in order to push integration further in the scene.

 

Significant cleanup was needed in scenes of rope rigging and stage lights. To do this clean plates needed to be fabricated as well as heavy roto-work and clean up paint to create this effect. The excessive bleed of rim light from the stage light behind the actor presented an especially fun challenge in this clean up.

 
 

I was responsible for creating a “blaster” shot effect out of the guns throughout the show. The animation assets was provided and it was up to me to manipulate the limited perspective animations to fit the variety of different shots throughout the show and maintain look of continuity as I did.

 
 
 
 
 

I was asked to create in screen effects to push the “eye glasses” narrative of the show. The two demonstrated is blinking and the system glitching out.
